The site was originally acquired by Rokeby in 2006 from George Wimpey Ltd and to date 100,000 sq ft (GEA) of offices have been constructed.

The buildings were completed in December 2007 and subsequently leased, or sold to the following occupiers:

Rokeby has secured planning permission for a final phase of 38,045sq ft (NIA) within 3 office buildings, which is currently being marketed. The original Wimpey headquarters building has also been retained and is now operated as a business centre comprising individual offices available on flexible monthly terms.
